Practice Protocols
Practice protocols are the Standards of Practice, Policies and Guidelines that Healthcare Regulatory Colleges establish for Regulated Health Professionals must adhere to when providing Assessment and Treatment Services.

They are designed to ensure that clients receive that patients receive appropriate treatment and care.
​
Clinical Practice Guidelines summarize the current scientific knowledge, the benefits and harms of diagnostic procedures and treatments, and gives specific recommendations based on this information. They should also provide information about the scientific evidence supporting those recommendations. Clinical practice guidelines must be updated regularly.

Dr. Stants endeavours to follow all Standards of Practice, Policies and Guidelines established by his Regulatory College and provide evidenced-informed assessment and care in accordance with peer-reviewed Clinical Practice Guidelines.
